Merchant Application

Please consider the following when applying:

  • Festival will be Saturday, July 25 & Sunday July 26, rain or shine!
  • Hours of operation: 11 am to 6 pm
  • Approx. 3000 people are expected to attend each day
  • Applicants must be prepared to attend for both days
  • Fee is $300 per vendor. If approved as a vendor, a 50% deposit is required, with final payment due 1 month prior to the event. Non-refundable.
  • Only vendors with merchandise appropriate for the Medieval Theme and a Church setting will be considered. No alcohol, cannabis or cannabis related products allowed.
  • Assigned space approx. 10’ x10’ per vendor
  • Vendor will need to provide their own table & canopy/sun shelter
  • Wi-Fi/Cell Service can be unreliable on site. We will be attempting to improve from previous years (e.g. temporary tower or booster) to support point of sales devices.
  • Vendors are required to carry their own insurance
